ivory tag bag
Bought this great pure leather Ivory Tag crossbody bag from the Homeshop18 site yesterday. Very pleased with the purchase. Great quality, perfect colour and an overall delight. Its surprising the bags are not all sold out yet, given the great discount offered!

the everywhere bag
saw ladies and men carrying these bags all over Bangkok. Everywhere. Was really curious about the stuff, so as soon as I spotted a shop, went in to see a sale with loads and loads of shoppers all buying bags that were different versions of satin bow tied cloth bags, that somehow did not impress me that much. shoppers and more shoppers...
how does oberoi mall do it? attract shoppers by the tonnes? they had a one day 50% off sale yesterday, and to say that it was very crowded is an understatement. the mall was packed, and so were the roads outside and even the goregaon flyover. not a good photo, but a very astonised photographer!

bring on the bling
a saree shop in aurangabad. realised bling has taken on. in the shops, on the roads. young and old, rich and poor every lady's saree shines on the bling. is it the tv serial influence? would seem so. the shopkeepers at this shop claim people ask for pratigya and nayi dulhan sarees. handloom sure has it tough!

a recent find
about to buy my usual moisturiser recently, the girl at star bazaar showed me this - the parachute body moisturiser. the coconut oil promise was tempting. must say it has been a great find. mild smell, great effectiveness, great price. what a beautifully shaped bottle too :)
